Order Tracking
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via email. To get a status update on delivery, please email us at customercare@littlebuglounge.com. Please note lead times on our custom-made furnishings and accessories may vary. Our artisans work hard to meet the stated times, but because each piece is a work of art, quality and attention to detail are considered before time constraints. If there are any delays in delivery, you will be notified via the email address you supply when you place your order.

Returns Policy
Little Bug Lounge takes pride in offering the highest quality of products available and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that because each piece is hand carved and hand painted, no two pieces will be identical and some slight variations may occur. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, please return the merchandise along with the Certificate of Authenticity to the following address within 14 days, and we will credit your account:

Our artisans take special care in packaging each piece of furniture to prevent damage in shipping. However, transit related damage might occur on occasion. Please inspect your merchandise immediately upon delivery and note any damage on the paperwork provided by the carrier. If you find that the product is damaged, you may refuse delivery at that time. Also, please notify us within 24 hours of any damages at customercare@littlebuglounge.com.

When making a return, please do so via insured mail or carrier to protect against loss or damage.

Sales Tax
Little Bug Lounge is required to charge sales tax on merchandise purchased on our website. The local sales tax of the delivery destination will apply. Tax does not apply to shipping charges.

Shipping
All Little Bug Lounge purchases will be shipped via United Parcel Service. Rates are based on the total purchase price, size and weight. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside the contiguous 48 states at this time.

Terms and Conditions
All Little Bug Lounge furnishings come with warning labels. Please read these carefully to protect your little bug from any injuries. While we carefully design and examine our products for safety, we cannot be held liable for any injuries that might involve products purchased from our site.

Little Bug Lounge uses a secure server to process all credit card payments so that you can feel safe making purchases on line. If you would prefer to make your purchase on the telephone, please contact us at customercare@littlebuglounge.com and a member of our customer service team will contact you to take your payment information personally.

We respect your need for privacy and we do not trade or sell your contact information to any other companies or organizations. We will periodically send you information about our new offerings or educational articles we feel may be of interest. If at any time you do not wish to receive these emails, please let us know and we will promptly remove you from our mailing list.
